Acts 2:42(NLT) 42 All the believers devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching, and to fellowship, and to sharing in meals (including the Lord’s Supper), and to prayer.

2 Corinthians 13:14 (NLT)
14 May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all.

Mark 4:38-41 (NLT) 38 Jesus was sleeping at the back of the boat with his head on a cushion. The disciples woke him up, shouting, “Teacher, don’t you care that we’re going to drown?”
39 When Jesus woke up, he rebuked the wind and said to the waves, “Silence! Be still!” Suddenly the wind stopped, and there was a great calm. 40 Then he asked them, “Why are you afraid? Do you still have no faith?”
41 The disciples were absolutely terrified. “Who is this man?” they asked each other. “Even the wind and waves obey him!”

We will have storms in life. The storm you see manifest around you may be indicative of the storm going on in your heart. We must learn to abide in the presence of God and His peace.

What you are conscious of thinking about and your emotions focused on creates an atmosphere that you in turn are releasing around you.
We project our human spirit condition from us and attract as a result of that.
Social Contagion – the projection of an atmosphere. Whatever the predominant feeling or thought of a crowd in a room is immediately picked up by those who entered. The emotional state of our soul is projected around us. Choose to project faith and love!

We must decide will flesh, soul, or spirit control our life? The flesh wants to be fed, and outside the bounds of legitimate control will get you in trouble.

Galatians 5:17 (NLT)
17 The sinful nature wants to do evil, which is just the opposite of what the Spirit wants. And the Spirit gives us desires that are the opposite of what the sinful nature desires. These two forces are constantly fighting each other, so you are not free to carry out your good intentions.

Romans 14:17 (NLT) 17 For the Kingdom of God is not a matter of what we eat or drink, but of living a life of goodness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.

When we focus on God and the things of His Spirit, it strengthens our inner-man and fills our emotions with the goodness and righteousness of God.

Let our focus be upon God to increase the awareness of the Presence of God. This will release faith and an awareness of His power.
We become focused on the battle of the flesh when we don’t experience the joy of Daily close and intimate fellowship with His Presence. This is Communion – koinonia or fellowship.

John 15:7-8
(NLT) 11 You will show me the way of life, granting me the joy of your presence and the pleasures of living with you forever.
(NLT) 7 But if you remain in me and my words remain in you, you may ask for anything you want, and it will be granted! 8 When you produce much fruit, you are my true disciples. This brings great glory to my Father.
