Spirit Led Supernatural School of Ministry is more than a place for leaders to BELONG, it is a place for leaders to BECOME everything that Jesus created them to be. Most believers are not aware of their true identity in Christ and therefore are not walking in the fullness of their God-given gifting and leadership potential. To change this, we must empower our members to grow in the supernatural ministry of the Holy Spirit and we must equip them in the super-practical dynamics of biblical leadership. SSSM emphasizes the combination of the supernatural and the super-practical working together to produce world-changing leaders.

What is Five-Fold ministry and Ecclesia?
The shift from recognizing “five functions” to using these five identifying marks of the church is a natural one. When we want to know if a congregation is actually considered an Ecclesia, we need to observe whether or not it exhibits all of the five-fold functions in a clearly discernible way.
The apostolic mark:
The people-movement that participates in the redemptive and transformative mission of God in the world. The true church experiences and seeks to live out its sentness (missio) in every way possible. Therefore, when a community engages apostolically in God’s mission of transforming the world, it is authentically church.
The prophetic mark:
The holy people that stands for God in the world, calling all to faithfulness, to true worship, to receptive obedience to God and his word, and to the prayerful participation in the prophethood of all believers. When a community stands up for covenantal justice and calls all to the covenant love of God, to repentance, and to prayer, it is authentically church.
The evangelistic mark:
The Body of saved people that joyfully proclaim the good news and call all to experience freedom and salvation in and through Jesus. The church is the witness to, as well as a demonstration of, the presence of good news in the world. A community arising from God’s yes of salvation, then, is authentically church.
The shepherding mark:
The family of God’s redeemed people that nurtures a faithful, reconciled community that witnesses to the Resurrection through its common life. The church witnesses to the new way of being human in Jesus Christ. When a community represents God’s chosen, reconciled and reconciling, healed and healing family in the world, then it is authentically church.
The teaching mark:
The wise and intelligent people that passionately seek truth and share all the treasures of the wisdom, insight, and knowledge of God hidden in Christ Jesus, faithfully nurturing understanding and communicating truth in the world. When the knowledge of God is sought, treasured, and shared, there is an authentic church.

John S. Arcovio is an apostolic leader and prophetic voice whose life has been divinely guided by God to build several ministries that are now recognized worldwide under the banner of Spirit Led Family. He trains Christian leaders globally to advance the Kingdom of God and shares wisdom, knowledge, and insights through the Holy Spirit's leading, catering to both established and emerging leaders.
With a wealth of experience, John Arcovio focuses on training God’s End Time Warriors, drawing from his background as an educator, structural steel draftsman, businessperson, athlete, and ministry developer. Across various platforms—whether in personal mentoring sessions, leader training groups, business consulting, or preaching—John conveys the heart of the Father, delivering wisdom, revelation, and impartation through his anointing as an Apostolic Master Builder. As a modern revivalist, he powerfully manifests the presence of God during his international journeys.
Since founding his full-time apostolic ministry in 1985, John has conducted more than 200 Holy Spirit crusades in over 50 countries. He has witnessed over 600,000 individuals come to faith through full baptism in the Holy Spirit and has led a prophetic and healing gathering with up to one million attendees. Additionally, he has facilitated the establishment of 27 churches and a Bible college in Ethiopia and has planted churches and Apostolic Centers in countries including Cambodia, India, Pakistan, the Philippines, Mexico, South America, Europe, Haiti, China, Japan, and 12 locations across the United States.
John has appeared over 25 times on TBN and various radio networks worldwide. His ministry has also been featured in Charisma Magazine and Spirit Led Woman. He currently holds ordination with Destiny Leaders and Spirit Led Family, boasting over 30 years of reliable experience in apostolic administration and activation.
Recognized around the world for his commitment to spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ, John Arcovio has, emboldened by the power of the Holy Spirit, shared the message of salvation in more than 130 nations throughout nearly seven decades of ministry.
Thanks to John's tireless efforts, tens of thousands have come to Christ. Many have received the transfer of the anointing on John's life, equipping them to become leaders in their own right. This transfer has allowed them to establish or expand their own Christ-centered ministries, creating a ripple effect as they continue to win souls in their spheres of influence.
Over his forty years in ministry, John has remained unwavering in his devotion and obedience to God's call on his life. Commissioned by the Father to build an army, he has made it his life's mission to accomplish this by traveling over 250,000 miles each year to train believers of various ethnicities, languages, and nationalities to fulfill God's works.
